Animal feed ingredients

Feed Grains

Feed grain is any grain used for livestock feed. feed grains production is mostly yellow corn, soybean, wheat, Rice 100% broken, and Rejection rice.

Soybean Meal

Soybean meal is a high protein feed ingredient used in animal rations, including swine, poultry, and dairy/beef cattle. Soybean meal is also utilized as feed in aquaculture operations.

Cottonseed Meal

Cottonseed meal is a by-product of cotton ginning, obtained by crushing the seeds and extracting their oil. The high protein and energy value of the remaining meal makes it an excellent ingredient for animal feed, mostly used by cattle producers.

Groundnut Meal

Peanut meal is a by-product of peanut seed crushing and oil extraction. Due to its high protein value and palatability, it is an excellent feed ingredient, mainly used in cattle production.

Rapeseed Meal

Rapeseed meal is made by processing the resulting rapeseed cake after oil is extracted from the seeds as a feedstock for biodiesel production. Each ton of rapeseed biodiesel that we produce generates approximately 1.25 tons of rapeseed meal, a key component in high-protein animal feed.

Palm kernel Meal

Palm kernel meal is a by-product of the palm oil production process and is a biomass rich in mannose. Palm Kernel Cake is one of the Important By-Product form Palm as Animal Feed.

Castor seed Meal

Castor seed meal is largely preferred as organic manure, due to the presence of potash minerals, nitrogen and organic matter. Castor seed meal is obtained from the castor cake using the solvent extraction process.

Corn Gluton Feed

Corn gluten feed is a relatively high fibre, medium-energy, medium-protein product that is essentially fed to ruminants. Corn Gluten Feed is produced as a by-product of the wet milling process of maize grain.

Wheat Bran

Wheat bran is the outer layers of the wheat grain kernel. It's separated from the inner layers during milling. It's rich in soluble and insoluble fiber. Wheat bran is one of nature's richest sources of natural food fibre.

Rice Bran

Rice bran is the most important rice by-product. It is high in protein, fiber, and energy, and is a good source of vitamins and minerals. Rice bran is nutritious, containing high levels of protein, energy and minerals.

Fish Meal

Fish meal is an excellent source of highly digestible protein, long chain omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) and essential vitamins and minerals (IFOMA, 2001). This type of fish meal contains 63-68% protein (as fed).

Feed additives are substances added to animal feed to enhance its nutritional value, improve animal health, and increase productivity. They can be natural or synthetic and are used to supplement or replace nutrients in feed. Examples include vitamins, minerals, enzymes, probiotics, prebiotics, antioxidants, and growth promoters. Proper use and regulation of feed additives are important for animal welfare and food safety.
